Wanderer 400 Retrofit
For a 4-axis machining center of the Wanderer 400 type, we implemented a comprehensive control retrofit. The machine was upgraded to a modern LinuxCNC platform with FPGA-based motion control, newly developed gateway boards, and customized 3D visualization. Thanks to reverse engineering of the existing Bosch peripherals, the conversion was realized with minimal installation effort – while significantly improving performance, ease of operation, and process reliability.

Retrofit of a Gildemeister NEF 320 with CNC Pilot 3110
We are currently modernizing a Gildemeister NEF 320, originally equipped with a Heidenhain CNC Pilot 3110 control. The machine impresses mechanically due to its very good condition – an ideal candidate for an economical retrofit instead of a costly new purchase.
LinuxCNC Multichannel – Parallel CNC Machining with Open Source
Our LinuxCNC Multichannel Fork extends LinuxCNC by enabling the parallel execution of multiple machining channels. This allows complex machines with multiple turrets, main and counter spindles, or additional handling axes to be controlled efficiently. Each channel has its own motion planning and can independently control defined axes. This enables asynchronous motion sequences similar to modern industrial controllers. The first version will be integrated into the Axis GUI, with further user interfaces to follow.
